PA have their own ID system for constituencies (and maybe councils / wards). Some 3rd party data consumers use this internally, and have requested that we store it to allow them to match data better.
I don't know what these IDs are or where to find them, but assuming we can get a list we should add them as one of the IDs we store against various objects.
