QGIS-Tim model input data is saved in a single *.gpkg file (e.g. case-Rijsenhout.gpkg).
After opening an existing or new qgis-tim "model", a QGIS Group is created (e.g. "case-Rijsenhout input") that contains all elements from the single file "case-Rijsenhout.gpkg".

After computing a model, new files are created: *.nc, *.xlm and *.gpkg. QGIS will display these files automatically. Therefor it makes a QGIS Group e.g. "case-Rijsenhout output". This group now contains data from several files: raster+mesh data from *.nc files and vector data from a *.gpkg file. If a scenario run is defined, an additional set of *.nc and *.gpkg files is created and added to the QGIS group.

--> discussion: the website must contain an explanation on these files. That can be in the section Documentation and/or perhaps as an intermezzo in the Tutorial.
--> start discussion about name convention:
should the geopackage with input called "case-Rijsenhout input.gpkg?", including "input"?
should the geopackage with vector output be called "case-Rijsenhout.vector_output.gpkg"?
should the *.nc files also contain keyword "output". And the NC file for raster the word "raster"?
.....
