Add -vv option (--very-verbose) that will display more detailed infomation about the deployed model and invocables.

The first addition is to extend the displayed endpoint (during startup) to

  • http://127.0.0.1:22022/e2/io/dsntk/2_0001/compliance-level-2-test-0001/Greeting%20Message

so the displayed endpoint is ready to be copied and pasted to another terminal or tool and executed on the locally running server.

The second addition is to display in the console the path of the request and the invocation method, so when integrating with other tools (like Camunda) the user can trace which endpoints are called and which HTTP method was used.
