Describe the Feature

Travois deployment blocked in inventory when restrictions are removed both movement and interaction.
Blocked deployment should be overridden when movement and or interaction restrictions are disabled

Benefit of the Feature

If you are forced to pick up the travois in a cave due to crouching under an overhang it cannot be redeployed
