[Feature Request]: Integrate Weight Tweaks

Describe the Feature

I would like to see the mod Weight Tweaks be integrated into this one, since it has seemingly been out of date since v2.29. A fix is available but has no release .dll, so those wanting to use the mod would have to either downgrade their TLD version or compile it themselves.

Benefit of the Feature

Weight Tweaks was created by the same person as the Carry Weight mod, and can offer an alternative method of freeing up space in your backpack without just simply adding more weight.

I might be able to integrate this, I'll have to check with the mod owner of course - but it completely depends on how large this mod is.

From what I've heard the mod is quite performance heavy - which means I might have to refactor it a bit if that's a case.

So I'll say a maybe for this one. It's not completely out of the picture, but it's not guaranteed either.
