Daylily jobs used to run on multiple different vcpu configurations, but then I simplified to i192 when it struck me the per vcpu cost of smaller instances was often much greated than the larger per vcpu cost. If I was sure to saturate the large instances, it made a lot of sense to scrap the smaller ones.

I need to relax this just a little and re-enable the i128 vcpu instances to allow them to cover jobs when the i192 are not avail.
