goal

This repo test several recent advanced sampling methods for 5 atom perovskite toy model. This is the link to the current roadmap.

Run the code with:

python main.py

Useful switches are: --debug and --hpc. For a full list, see python main.py --help The prequisites mostly coincide with those from the subrepositories under /external/
