MD009: Add option to remove trailing spaces in code blocks

Note: Trailing space is allowed in indented and fenced code blocks because some languages require it.

but I want to format code in languages that don't require it. You could even do something similar to MD010 where I can pass a list of languages that would disable removing trailing spaces and flag them in any other code blocks, including unmarked ones.
