Add enhanced typescript support for i18next string

With the upgrade to the current major version of i18next in #95, it is possible to create amazing declaration files to enhance the usage when using translations strings.

The task of this issue is to create such declaration file (as described in https://www.i18next.com/overview/typescript#create-a-declaration-file) including all the different translation definitions across the project.
