R package development describes the R package development, including documentation and unit testing. The material is adequant for about 1/2 day course, giving the students time to start implementing their own package based on the example provided during the course. The slides are used in various advanced programming and developement courses taught by Laurent Gatto and Robert Stojnić in Cambridge and at the EMBL.

The educational sequences package is used as reference material for the course.
