Describe the bug

The plugin for generating an image with multiple Gaussian functions includes a "Height" paramater that is not used in the image creation process.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to Plugins -> Test data -> Create 2D multi gauss image.
  2. Enter different values for height and width, then click 'OK'.
  3. Observe that a square image is generated with dimensions equal to the specified width, ignoring the height parameter.

Expected behavior

The image panel should only display parameters that are relevant and used in the process.
