Issue Description

AKS seems to need some special treatment (tlsVerify) if node are older 2022. Consider that this is 2 years ago can you please remove that to avoid confusion.

RH OCP. version 3.11 is EOL since year 2022 could you remove any section which are for 3.11 to avoid confusion.
