Touchpad hotkey enablement in KDE

I run opensuse 15.4 on an nv40mz Nova Custom laptop, KDE version 5.

Besides the information given in

I have to run an additional command on startup to map the unknown scancode e078 to the right keycode 191 , this is done via a systemd entry

[Unit]
Description=Change keycodes at boot

[Service]
Type=oneshot
ExecStart=/usr/bin/setkeycodes e078 191

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target

P. S. Rather off-topic but I would like to know about the Webcam activation/inactivation status the same as in the touchpad, e. g. "Webcam on" and "Webcam off". Any ideas?
