[FEATURE] Hide vanilla block outline

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I can hide this mod's outline in your config, but not the vanilla outline. I have to download a separate mod RemoveBlockOutline to hide the vanilla, but I have to use the same hotkey to hide your outline and the vanilla one. This can be finicky and can accidentally revert the enabled and disabled of each mod.

Add an option to hide or render the vanilla outline under Toggle Override Block Overlay
