Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I like to place my facecam in the bottom left corner of OBS. I'd like to move the chat bar (the part of the chat that you type your message into) a little to the right, so that viewers can see what I type before I send it.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to independently move and resize the chat entry field the same way we can move and resize the chat window.

I've had this idea. It may be eventually added to AdvancedChatBox
