Description of the feature you're suggesting.

The FM95, HMD, and Pagers modulation was introduced in this commit,

c4baf31

It's not at all documented, so I'm not sure how it can be used. I can only reason it's the khz deviation, but it's not clear what the other values are either. How popular is the fm95 modulation preset?
