Can't compile from source on ROCm 6.1.3 wtih gfx1100... error : "static assertion failed" 2.6.3

I have posted this issue on AMD's side but no response there...

As the same issue happens in main branch as well, I thought I'd try here...

Steps to reproduce :

git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/Dao-AILab/flash-attention.git
cd flash-attention
python setup.py build

Running python setup.py build | grep -i error
Yields the following error

Using envvar MAX_JOBS (6) as the number of workers...
