根据文档中描述，kudu sink类型的插件中writeMode类型为非必须项，且带有默认值，但实际配置运行中，未配置该参数会抛出NULLPointerException异常，导致任务失败

kudusink插件中的KuduSinkParser.java的transWriteMode函数中writeMode变量没判空处理，导致switch时候会抛出NULLPointerException。
