Need to specify that the Instructor cannot change an environment definition for an existing assignment. If a student has an environment for an assignment based off the definition. Changing the environment definition to a different image won't change the pre-existing environment that the student is currently using. The instructor would need to create a new Assignment with environment definition

One exception: Upon deleting a VM Definition, it WILL delete existing VMs inside existing environments tied to that VM Definition.
