Hi, I'm facing a problem while setting up DMOJ on my server.
I'm getting this error, even with the timezone data installed into the database. Any fixes for that?

MariaDB Version: 10.11.6-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.23.10.2 Ubuntu 23.10
Python version: 3.11.6
