EXECUTE 'GRANT ALL ON TABLE ' || schemaname || '.' || tablename || ' TO administrator_group';

should be

EXECUTE 'GRANT ALL ON TABLE ' || schemaname || '.' || tablename || ' TO tapas_admin_group';

replace every occurancy
