Feature Request: Different activity distributions for different regions in the same simulation

At present TAPAS selects from the same set of activity plans for all persons in one simulation. If a simulation covers areas with different activity patterns (eg urban and suburban areas) the activies should be taken from different sets or on a different weight base (e.g. different global distribution vectors per region type)
