For all three programs, you can easily export your libraries from one to another. However, if there were citations you had to manually update, you will need to double check that they imported correctly. You should also be warned that if you go to switch from Mendeley to another reference manager, you will lose any annotations or highlights you made to the pdfs directly. While that may be daunting, it will only get worse the longer you wait to make the switch. :)
