Add components to render documentation

This issue captures a bunch of basic components that will be needed to render information from the generated JSON files created by each kiara plugin version. Most of these components will take data in an object as argument, and turn that into simple HTML.

It will also probably include some utility components, like a generic readonly table and a codeblock with syntax highlighting.
