I get a lot of people complaining about the game asking them if they want to do the tutorial every time they start a new world. I did a bit of digging and determined that it's not possible to just bypass it because if you do the embark viewscreen is not properly set up (quite literally, it doesn't set the embark viewscreen up completely until you click OK on the "on your own!" dialog), so we cannot completely bypass these dialogs in a straightforward way.
However, it might be possible to, by interposing the render methods for the appropriate viewscreens, automatically "click" the appropriate buttons when the tutorial offer pops up so that the player does not have to do it.
