PDF generation middleware causes container to die #333

The Grover gem is used to generate the PDF version of a certificate.

Whilst running locally via Docker rendering the PDF in a browser cause the development server to fail.

The server will be automatically restarted but the cause of this issue is unknown and should ideally be prevented from happening.
