clarify "eventType" #1368

Bug report

events currently have an "eventType" field, which has unclear content: some have "Conference"/"Summer School" etc., but others like https://github.com/DARIAH-ERIC/dariah-campus/blob/main/content/events/madih-research-software-engineering-training/index.mdx?plain=1#L6 something entirely different, and others like https://github.com/DARIAH-ERIC/dariah-campus/blob/main/content/events/use-of-vocabularies-for-metadata-curation-and-quality-assessment-in-social-sciences-and-humanities/index.mdx?plain=1 have left it empty
