Client_JQuery_Deprecated_Symbols issue exists @ UserAndInfoView.js in branch main

Method Cx8dd908e2 in /webgoat-container/src/main/resources/static/js/goatApp/view/UserAndInfoView.js, at line 38, calls an obsolete API, unbind. This has been deprecated, and should not be used in a modern codebase.
