Lost Solves #242

Same issue here, I really hope they can fix this. After an update I noticed that my iPad installation of CubeTime was completely empty, although my phone installation was still fine. By turning off and on iCloud sync for CubeTime on my phone, it also erased the times from there. My backup size has remained at 67.5MB though. |
How many solves did you have?

I had about 15k solves over all my sessions, so really hoping I can get it back. |
I also have the same issue, after syncing my new IPad with my IPhone, I started to do some solves on my IPad, but after doing some solve on my IPad, I wanted to do some on my IPhone which appears to suddenly have lost all my 1550 solves, my AO5, my PB, etc… The amount of solves I did on my new IPad was 11, when I checked back my phone, there was also 11. I would like to receive my lost data back |
Hi CubeTime Support,
I am experiencing an issue where my solve data seems to have been lost after syncing across devices. Here’s the situation:
• I had over 2,257 solves in CubeTime across my devices (iPhone and iPad).
• When I upgraded to a new iPhone, I reinstalled CubeTime, expecting it to sync automatically via iCloud, as it did with my previous devices.
• However, when I opened CubeTime on my new iPhone, my old solves were missing. Only some recent 2x2 solves were synced from my iPhone to my iPad, and my old data was not restored.
• I noticed that the iCloud backup for CubeTime fluctuated in size: it went from 13 MB to 1 MB and is now at 8 MB, which seems to indicate that the backup data is being overwritten or lost during the sync process.
• The last backup for CubeTime was done yesterday, and that’s when my solves seem to have disappeared.
Could you please help me recover the lost data, Hi CubeTime Support,
