Since geSuit relies on bungee, it cannot simply accept commands via the console, and will throw that kind of errors.

We've added 2 commands that you can run via the bungeecord console :
!unban and !ban

So on the bungeecord console you may type:

!unban myusername

That will also change in the future of geSuit when all Bukkit Modules get merged and the Commands get removed out of Bukkit and integrated into BungeeCord
