Hardsub settings lost after restart

Every time I start CRD I have to enable the Hardsub setting. Every other setting I made is still available.
The setting.yml file does not save the hardsub setting aswell.

probably a bug - i will check it and fix it in the next release
seems like no one used hard subs until now 😅

the hard sub setting is saved in the settings "hard_sub_lang:" but not correctly displayed in the dropdown in the settings so make sure to select none if you don't want hardsubs
