would it be worth it to pre-wire a <table> as an example implementation? (still no styles though).

This would end up directly competing with ember-table, which is probably good for the ecosystem.

Since this is a V2 addon, there would be 0 cost to consumers unless they actually invoked <HeadlessTable> -- or we could make it import-only.

Open questions:

is it possible to lazily load plugins based on what arguments are passed?
should plugin configs be exposed as arguments?
