Downloading Survey Result will generate CSV having different results than when seen directly in the app

Background

• When instructor/manager/owner/TA tried to see the result of the survey in the Coursemology App, you can only see all the responses made by the students
• However, when they download the survey result and see the generated file, they will also see the responses made by non-students as well

Suggested Fix

Either restrict the view-able responses in both App and downloaded CSV to contain only students responses or containing all responses (maybe in the App, can have the toggle that include / exclude the non-students)
