However the link on the page is to another ACS page that has a usage license that incorporates CC BY v4.0 terms but also adds additional restrictions and terms. I'm not happy describing this as a CC BY license. Probably best thing to do is to create a special license called 'ACS License Incorporating CC BY Terms' and point at that. Then people can make their own choices.

The ACS now has some 'CC-BY' articles in the wild such as: http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/bi401270d
