I'm happy you are working for this lib, congratulations! This is something that I realized, and I feel you should add it in the description of the lib. Because someone could include your lib, and when the time comes, that app will suffer for opening the camera and capturing with no intimation to the user about it.

Thanks for bringing this up. We've actually not checked the behaviour with a pop-up camera phone. We are currently working on testing the behaviour on such kind of phones.
Hmm.. I agree with you. Actually, I have also not tested this. But think about this.. to capture the image, you must be activating the camera. This is enough for the pop-up camera to get triggered and take a shot. Hence, the stealth-mode feature of this lib will be defeated.
Besides this, the app developers integrating this lib in their app should know about this. Because if it happens that while using their app the pop-up camera pops up and clicks a pic, the users of that app may see this as a breach of their privacy and may rate badly on the Play Store.
