unable to generate the index.html file When using TDF

I am encountering an issue while using TDF to detect RNA-DNA binding sites in long non-coding RNAs, specifically with NEAT2. The problem is that I am unable to generate the index.html file as described in the documentation or examples. I am running the following command:
rgt-TDF regiontest -r /home/z/NEAT2/NEAT2.fasta -bed /home/z/hg38/gencode.v45.bed -rn NEAT2 -organism hg38 -o /home/z/NEAT2
I have let this command run for approximately three to four days, and it has generated some files, but not the index.html

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? Thank you!
