No cosmos project templates

Describe the problem
There no cosmos kernel vs template

Steps of installation up to now
1)install cosmos using cosmosuserkit.exe
2)open vs 2022 and there no cosmos templates
3)tried updating .net
4)still not working

Expected behavior
Cosmos kernel project template

Logs
no logs

Setup (please complete the following information):

• Cosmos Version (Userkit/Devkit)- latest
• Are you running installer as administrator? - yes
• Visual Studio Version if applicable - 17.11.2

@powerty989 go to the cosmos folder and run dotnet new install source/templates/csharp
it should install the templates

@powerty989 Hello! Can you try to install Devkit?
Please see https://cosmosos.github.io/install.html to Install devkit.
(You should use git or zip download, when you downloaded zip then auto downloading not works)
