I am no longer able to install updates due to operating system errors:

Makefile:11: *** Unsupported operating system: MSYS_NT-10.0-22631. Stop.

I have the msys2 compiler collection installed under MS Windows.
In this cases the uname command in the makefile gives MSYS_NT as operating system.

I believe compilers and such are set up correctly.

I'm not that familiar with development of Neovim plugins.
Anyone any ideas on how to proceed?

Duplicate of #397. For now just remove:

    build = "make tiktoken", -- Only on MacOS or Linux

from your config
