I found less than 25 in the 'crypto icons' we're using.
Seems like the crypto-icons source we're using is somewhat incomplete. Not sure how good of a resource this is.
I think providing .svg icons over .png icons is more valuable to everyone, but sourcing .svg icons is a big task I don't think we're staffed to reliably handle.
It might make more sense to set a template for contributing to this repo of icons sources.
looking at the repo TrustWallet maintains, I think they're doing a good job of providing a framework for building up their token icon library from community contributions.
We're not providing a structured way to contribute assets to what we're building.
I think it would be valuable to have a repo of erc-20 token icons in .svg format under the Rimble brand. Vector files are more useful for both designers and developers.
identifying icons by their name/short-come (i.e. ETH, BAT, ZRX) seems to be prone to error.
seems like identifying based on smart contract address would be more reliable or precise.
ERC-20 Token Icons
Looked at etherscan for top 50 tokens by market cap…
