Incorrect count of level 2 key set during update #329

Bug Description

When creating a level 2 key update, the "New size of level 2 key set" in the overview does not update.

Steps to Reproduce

Start creating a level key update.
Remove keys from the set.
Continue to confirm size of key set.

Expected Result

The size in the overview (left side) and the confirmation (right side) is equal.

Actual Result

The size in the overview (left side) and the confirmation (right side) is not equal.
