How can I generate from <T> ?

I'm looking for something to replace this => Mvx.IoCProvider.IoCConstruct<>

• If possible, I would like to be able to manage with Ioc.

public class ABClass<GenericT> : where GenericT : RandomClass
{
   public GenericT CreateGenericT(string text)
   {
       return GenericT( new [] { text, });  // How can I generate from <T> ?
    }
}

public RandomClass
{
   public string Text { get; set; }
}
