Support Kurtosis

We should work to integrate commit boost (starting with the PBS module), with the Kurtosis ethereum package. Ideally then we can also run tests with kurtosis in the CI

The initial PR to support commit boost is now merged in the ethereum package ethpandaops/ethereum-package#779

Next steps are:

• support / integration with the signer module
• add integration tests in CI. This requires some research to how best to test this
