Tab Animation addon doesn't call callback

While working in it, I noticed the tab animation addon doesn't call the callback passed to animateToTab if the animation isn't going to run. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but it should probably call the callback even when the animation isn't going to run to avoid problems with code that uses it.
