[Bug] Reports of "force channels to squad members" not working.

Describe the bug
We've had reports in-game of the "force channels to squad members" framework ACRE feature not working. Need to investigate and fix if needed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'ace self-actions'
2. Click on 'force channels to squad members'
3. Scroll down to 'your squad members acre channels'
4. See error maybe???

Expected behavior
it should force channels to squad members.
