Agreement on spec standard and proper management of spec version control

The source of truth for metadata spec is the template. Only when this spec is updated in the doc-template repository we should apply it to new projects. This is very important as the app is using the standard to present project in a certain way.

Next things to do:

• Update the standard properly, currently there is a repo example
• Announce new releases of metadata standard(specification) before implementing it
• Provide clear guidelines on how to request new updates to the standard. For instance we need to provide a contact field for the projects so that people can also contact the team that developed the hardware.
