How is the feature request related to the problem?

yaaay now donwloads are limited in speed however i see in the PR that i set the limit but i cant change automaticly

i want in the day to downlaod at 100kb/sec
at 11pm automaticly donwload at 1mb/sec

a day scduler i can specify when limit applies and when limite get removed
