For some unknown reason, the revision reported for -r COMMITTED is sometimes same as BASE in SVN 1.6, even when the file was not edited in BASE. This only shows up in one test file, despite 2 different test files checking this instance: -r COMMITTED with a file that is modified in the working copy, but not modified in BASE.
Clearly I'm missing something.
