'ciqdashboard-mongo-base-db.js' file could not be found in repositories #1

Per Installation document, Section 6.1.4 , need to copy the content of ciqdashboard-mongo-base=db.js in Robot 3T shell.

This file could not be found anywhere in the repositories. Pls assist.
