Support for Betaflight SITL

Overview:

Add drone type that can be controlled by Betaflight firmware in SITL (Software In The Loop). Initially it were implemented by nikhil-sethi for Microsoft AirSim. Latest implementation of this feature is available here.

• Addition
  • vehicle type "betaflight" for flying with Betaflight firmware.

Why would this feature be useful?

This feature might help the above people test and fly drones with better physics and graphics in SITL mode with popular firmware for UAV.
