Columns layout settings for the section block is not working for mobile & tablet in the editor.

Description

If I add a section block with 2 columns 50/50, but then I want to edit that to 66/33 for the tablet, this would show in the frontend, but in the editor nothing would change.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add a section block 50/50
2. edit the column layout for tablet to 66/33
3. preview the frontend

We can combine it as part of https://github.com/Codeinwp/otter-internals/issues/200 as both will require changing the same part of the code, with one affecting the other issue.
